I use research and evidence-based approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Hypnotherapy to achieve holistic outcome.
I aim to help individuals and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths by providing a safe space, actively listening to concerns, and creating an individualized counselling and hypnotherapy plan.
My vision is for every client to be equipped with helpful cognitive and behavioral skills to experience mindful living through counselling and hypnotherapy.
