Kristine has over ten years of combined education and hands-on training both from an International and Canadian setting. Her credentials include a Ph.D. in Psychology, M.Ed. Guidance and Counselling, and BA Psychology.
She completed Foundations of Narrative Therapy Practice Training from Vancouver School of Narrative Therapy (VSNT) where she trained with Stephen Madigan, Ph.D., David Nyland, Ph.D., Philosopher Todd May, Ph.D., David Marsten, Ph.D., Lorraine Hedtke, Ph.D., and Rosa Arteaga, M.A. In her search for deepening and substantiating her therapeutic tools to better serve her clients, she took Clinical Hypnotherapy and learned the magic of hypnosis (considered to be the most sacred and deepest healing a person could ever have) from Daybreak Therapy and Training to integrate to her holistic counselling practice.
Kristine receives ongoing competency trainings and clinical consultations to ensure she is updated and current in the field.
Kristine's life experiences are very enriching. She migrated to Canada alone and was overwhelmed with learning and absorbing the new culture and system at one point. She dealt with family traumas, fertility and bereavement issues, life and career transitions, and parenting has her wondering how she could remain mindful and gracefully guide her daughter to adulthood. These rich life experiences make Kristine an empathic, genuine, and non-judgmental helper.

"Learning is the beginning of wealth. Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins. The great breakthrough in your life comes when you realize it that you can learn anything you need to learn to accomplish any goal that you set for yourself. This means there are no limits on what you can be, have, or do."
